Lobster
Lobster is an expensive treat when you eat out. However,
it is not difficult to prepare at home. With a little shopping and planning
you can have an excellent lobster dinner.
Your first task is choosing your lobster. Hungry adults and teenagers
can easily eat one or two lobsters. Take lobsters that seem lively in
the tank and place them in the cooler once you get home.
To cook your lobster fill a copper or enamel pot with water and. Add
a bit of coarse sea salt. Bring the water to a boil. Finally, transfer
the lobsters to the pot and they will gradually relax, and go to sleep
